I am basically a representational artist who enjoys painting subjects from nature. I delight in the adventure of hiking in the great outdoors with my camera always ready to take a picture of the next vista. I frequently use my photography as resource material in my art.

I received my formal art education from Arizona State University with a B. A. degree in Studio Art. I am a life-time learner and enjoy taking classes. I have taught Art classes at Yavapai College.
